OUR NEXT SHOW DATE IS SUNDAY, APRIL 27TH 2025!

WE ARE STILL THE BEST VALUE AT ONLY $85 PER SPACE!

Each vendor space will include one 6 ft. rectangular table, two lanyards/vendor badges and two chairs.

Additional lanyard/vendor badges can be purchased at check-in for the cost of 5 dollars each.

Vendors will have access to power, but please bring a power strip and an extension cord.

Vendors are not permitted to pack up before 3:45pm as the show ends at 4pm.

We will be monitoring amp volume levels. Please be considerate of other vendors trying to conduct business.

Load in will be the morning of the show from 8am-10am. Load in will not be permitted after 10am.

Vendors are required to conduct business from their rented space. We will not tolerate vendors congregating near the entrance.

Vendors who purchase space are required to sell items at their tables. If you are only coming to the show as a buyer then please don't purchase a space. Attendees expect a full room of merchandise and empty tables just make the show look bad.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage to your property. Please keep someone at your booth space at all times to protect your merchandise.

What time is vendor load in?

Vendors will have access starting at 8am. Setup will run from 8am-10am. Doors will open to the public promptly at 10am.

Will vendors have power at their booth space?

While each booth space does not have power, but you will have access to power. Be sure to bring a power strip and an extension cord.

When can vendors pack up?

Vendors are permitted to start packing up at 3:45pm.

Can I get a space by the door?

Vendor spaces are sold on a first come first serve basis. Space by the door usually sells out very quickly.

How is the show being promoted?

We have teamed up with The Rubber City Radio Group and our show is being promoted with 30 second commercials for 3 weeks on four of the areas most listened to radio stations. WONE is Akron's Classic Rock station, WQMX is Akron's Country station, WAKR is Akron's Soft Hits station, and 1073 Alternative Cleveland is Cleveland's Alternative Rock station. This advertising platform puts out guitar show up front and in the minds of hundreds of thousands of potential customers. We are also making noise on social media platforms online.
