THE SPRING SHOW HAS BEEN CANCELED. WE HOPE TO BE BACK THIS FALL!
Each vendor space will include one 6 ft. rectangular table, two lanyards/vendor badges and two chairs.
Additional lanyard/vendor badges can be purchased at check-in for the cost of 5 dollars each.
Vendors will have access to power, but please bring a power strip and an extension cord.
Vendors are not permitted to pack up before 3:45pm as the show ends at 4pm.
We will be monitoring amp volume levels. Please be considerate of other vendors trying to conduct business.
Load in will be the morning of the show from 8am-10am. Load in will not be permitted after 10am.
Vendors are required to conduct business from their rented space. We will not tolerate vendors congregating near the entrance.
Vendors who purchase space are required to sell items at their tables. If you are only coming to the show as a buyer then please don't purchase a space. Attendees expect a full room of merchandise and empty tables just make the show look bad.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage to your property. Please keep someone at your booth space at all times to protect your merchandise.
